As part of the All-Ukrainian campaign "16 Days Against Violence" in the Pokrovsky City Center of Social Services of Donetsk Region, an information and educational event "Interagency Cooperation in Combating Domestic Violence in Relocation Conditions" was held. The event became part of a set of activities that the Pokrovsky community conducts as part of the campaign to draw attention to the problem of domestic violence, strengthen interdepartmental cooperation, and inform the population about available protection and support mechanisms.
The event was attended by specialists from the organizations of the Pokrovsky City Territorial Community - the Central Assistance Center, the humanitarian hub "Unity", and the archive department, who are currently working in Kropyvnytskyi.
Liliya Zolkina, Head of the Department of Family, Youth, and Mass Events of National and Patriotic Education of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, joined the work.
The meeting discussed key issues of the activities of specialized services, mechanisms of interaction between organizations to prevent and combat domestic violence, as well as approaches to forming zero tolerance to this phenomenon among community residents. Holding such events is an important component of the all-Ukrainian campaign and helps raise citizens' awareness of ways to receive help and protection.
