On personnel management in the context of martial law was discussed on June 12 at a seminar with representatives of district and local administrations.
During the event, the following issues were highlighted:
- foreign business trips of representatives of local self-government bodies;
- voucher: training that continues the professional path;
- changes in legislation regarding the stay of foreigners on the territory of Ukraine;
- powers of local executive authorities and local self-government bodies in the field of civil protection; implementation of civil protection measures in administrative-territorial units. problems and solutions;
- practical aspects of implementing the Law of Ukraine "On Cooperation of Territorial Communities".
The seminar was organized and conducted by the department for ensuring interaction with local self-government bodies in cooperation with the relevant structural units of the regional state administration, the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, and the Main Department of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk region.
