#ShoulderToShoulder

On June 12, a virtual tour "In the Nature Reserves of Donetsk Region" started for students of the Uzhhorod community as part of the nationwide project "Shoulder to Shoulder: United Communities".

The event was organized to familiarize schoolchildren with the natural wealth of the Donetsk region, particularly the unique protected areas of the Kostiantynivka community.

During the tour, students had the opportunity to watch videos created by students of the Kostiantynivka city community. In these videos, they talk about picturesque natural landscapes, protected areas, and the biodiversity of their native land. Special attention was paid to the Red Book plants and animals that require conservation and protection.

For convenience and to engage a larger number of students from the Uzhhorod community, a virtual Padlet board was created, where all the video materials of the tour were placed. This allowed for an interactive introduction to the natural heritage of Donetsk and supported the ecological awareness of the younger generation.

The virtual tour became a bridge between different regions of Ukraine, demonstrating unity in the common desire to preserve nature and cultural heritage.
