More than 200 specialists from Donetsk region took part in a seminar on changes to the Procedure for submitting declarations by persons authorized to perform state or local self-government functions.
The changes to the Procedure for submitting declarations by persons authorized to perform state or local self-government functions were discussed on February 26 at a seminar with representatives of district and local military administrations.
During the event, the following issues were also highlighted
- the implementation of public investment management reform at the local level;
- the digital literacy of civil servants as a factor in effective digitalization;
- decision-making on local taxes in occupied territories and territories of active hostilities, and tax exemptions for owners and users of land plots in territories of possible hostilities and the impact of military aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine and hostilities in the Donetsk region on the state of atmospheric pollution by fire emissions.
The seminar was organized and conducted by the Department for Interaction with Local Self-Government Bodies in conjunction with relevant structural units of the regional state administration, the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Donetsk region, and the State Environmental Inspection in Donetsk region.
