Over 230 specialists from Donetsk region joined a seminar on state support for businesses affected by armed aggression

On January 29, a seminar with representatives of district and local military administrations discussed specific mechanisms of state support for businesses affected by the Russian Federation's armed aggression.

The seminar also covered the following issues:

  • obtaining assistance to resolve housing issues for combatants and persons with disabilities as a result of the war from among internally displaced persons who lived in the temporarily occupied territory;
  • features of labor relations and social protection of civil servants under martial law;
  • practical application in 2026 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Organization of Labor Relations under Martial Law";
  • the system of electronic interaction between executive authorities (SEV OVV): operating procedures and practical aspects of use;
  • certification of teaching staff: key aspects;
  • alienation of communal property to other communities (property of schools, kindergartens);
  • development of local programs for the affirmation of Ukrainian national and civic identity;
  • specifics of determining the cost of construction under martial law in terms of preparing cost estimates and analyzing the cost of material resources, taking into account Resolution No. 1512 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 19, 2025, "On the specifics of determining the cost of construction under martial law."

The seminar was organized and conducted by the department for ensuring cooperation with local self-government bodies of the regional state administration in conjunction with the relevant structural units of the regional state administration and the Eastern Interregional Department of the State Service of Ukraine for Labor Issues.

During the seminar, participants acquired new skills and knowledge, took an active part in discussing reports and presentations, and expressed their wishes regarding the topics for future meetings.
