On September 17, a seminar was held with representatives of district state administrations and military administrations of settlements in Donetsk Oblast to discuss the systematization and storage of documents in records management, the file classification system, and the organization of documents into files.
The event also addressed the following issues:
- psychological resilience;
- conflict management for the needs of public service;
- the impossibility of conducting a strategic environmental assessment of state planning documents in communities whose territory is fully occupied;
- the development of a career guidance system for students through partnerships between educational institutions, government, and employers;
- the prevention of emotional burnout among teaching staff and administrators of educational institutions.
The seminar was organized and conducted by the Department for Coordination with Local Self-Government Bodies in collaboration with relevant departments of the regional state administration, the State Archives of Donetsk Oblast, the Donetsk Oblast Center for Social Services, the Donetsk Regional Branch of the National Mediation and Reconciliation Service, and the Donetsk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education.
