Internally displaced persons can receive government assistance in various areas, including financial aid, housing, employment, and medical and social services. From now on, all current services and support for IDPs, as well as the procedures for obtaining assistance, are available on the website https://vpo.gov.ua/.
Про це міністр соціальної політики, сім’ї та єдності України Денис Улютін повідомив під час зустрічі-діалогу ВПО і влади «Разом до рішень», яка відбулася в м. Одеса за ініціативи ГО «ВПО України».
“Support for internally displaced persons is a top priority for the government. The Ministry of Social Policy has finalized a strategy designed to address a number of pressing issues, particularly regarding the provision of housing for IDPs,” emphasized Denis Ulyutin.
The minister also said, Internally displaced persons who were previously ineligible for living assistance because their income exceeded the income limit can now reapply for benefits. This became possible after the income criteria were updated.
The single portal for internally displaced persons is designed to simplify citizens' access to government services and ensure they can quickly obtain the necessary information regarding social assistance, housing, employment, and other services.
