By Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 107 dated January 28, 2026, “On Amendments to the Procedure for the Use of Funds of the State Decarbonization and Energy Efficiency Transformation Fund,” a program has been introduced to provide free portable charging stations to families raising children with disabilities of subgroup A. Distribution will be carried out through Ukrposhta branches.
Who is eligible
📝 An application may be submitted by one of the parents, a guardian, or another legal representative of a child with a disability of subgroup A.
ℹ️ A legal representative may also include an authorized representative of a family-type children’s home, a foster family, an institution for orphans and children deprived of parental care, a patronage caregiver, or a person with whom a child—whose lack of parental care has been officially established—is temporarily placed and who permanently resides in Ukraine.
How to apply
✍️ To receive a charging station, submit an application to the territorial body of the Pension Fund of Ukraine using one of the following methods:
🔸 In person at any service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
🔸 Via the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (subject to technical availability).
✅ The application must be signed by the recipient of the portable charging station and include consent to the processing of personal data, as well as confirmation that the child is present in Ukraine at the time of application.
An application must be completed separately for each child.
