Published 03 April 2026 year, 10:00

As part of the “Light of Remembrance” initiative, launched by the non-governmental organization “Order of St. Panteleimon” with the support of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, every Friday at 10:00 a.m. we honor the medical professionals who lost their lives as a result of Russia’s armed aggression.

Alla Khorosh was born on September 6, 1967, in Tashkent, where she attended school. Later, her family moved to the Donetsk region, to the village of Komar. After getting married, she moved to Velyka Novosilka, where she worked at the local hospital for over 19 years. She was a junior nurse in the dental department of the Velyka Novosilka Central District Hospital.

Her family remembers her as full of energy and vitality. Alla loved her grandchildren and her homeland dearly. According to her colleagues, she was a responsible, diligent, and knowledgeable employee, as well as a kind, good-natured, cheerful, and compassionate person.

On January 12, 2025, the war took the lives of Alla Petrivna and her husband, to whom she had been married for over 33 years. The couple is survived by their daughter and grandchildren.

May the memory of Alla Khorosh and her husband live on in our hearts!
