On June 11, a seminar was held with representatives of district military administrations and community military administrations in Donetsk Oblast to discuss the operation of the State Register of Property Damaged or Destroyed as a Result of Hostilities, Terrorist Acts, and Sabotage Caused by the Russian Federation’s Armed Aggression Against Ukraine.
Over 200 specialists participated in the seminar.
During the event, the following issues were also addressed:
- new developments in legislation regarding the handling of citizen appeals;
- career changes today: training opportunities from the State Employment Service;
- enlistment, service, and discharge from local self-government bodies under martial law;
- passenger transport reforms in 2026: new powers and responsibilities of local self-government bodies;
- the procedure for adding sports halls and playgrounds of educational institutions to the Unified Register of Sports Facilities;
- enforcement of court rulings regarding the abuser program under remote work conditions.
The seminar was organized and conducted by the Department for Cooperation with Local Self-Government Bodies in collaboration with relevant departments of the regional state administration, the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, and the Southeast Interregional Department of the National Agency for Civil Service.
During the seminar, participants acquired new skills and knowledge, actively participated in discussions of reports and presentations, and shared their suggestions regarding topics for future meetings.
