Representatives of the “Red Cross” Charitable Organization from the Ruzhyn community visited the Toretsk Territorial Social Services Center, which has been relocated to the village of Karabchiyiv in the Zhytomyr region.
As part of the “Side by Side: United Communities” project, they provided necessary support to the elderly and people with disabilities, conducted individual consultations, and delivered humanitarian aid.
