Representatives of the Department of Family, Youth, and Public Events for National-Patriotic Education of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, as well as representatives of communities in the region who are currently in the city of Dnipro, took part in the Ukrainian Youth Foundation’s (UYF) regional tour. Events as part of the tour are taking place throughout October and November 2026.
Participants joined the meetings to learn about the President of Ukraine’s grants for youth from small communities and new grant opportunities from the UYF, as well as to discuss key challenges, receive advice on financial support, and present their own initiatives.
The main goal of the UMF’s large-scale tour is to engage in direct dialogue with youth communities and provide practical tools for developing projects in the regions.
Key areas of focus during the meetings include analyzing the needs of young people, discussing current challenges in communities, and identifying necessary support measures “here and now,” clear explanations of the rules for participating in grant programs without bureaucratic hurdles, as well as the exchange of experiences through presentations of completed projects and an introduction to successful case studies of youth initiatives.
To participate in upcoming meetings, advance registration on the UMF’s official website is required. Details regarding the exact time and location of the events will be sent to registered participants a few days before the event.
