Representatives of Donetsk Oblast joined the three-day basic training "Youth Worker" aimed at improving the professional level of specialists working with young people.
During the three intense days, participants learned about the basics of youth policy, modern tools and approaches to working with young people, and learned how to develop their own initiatives and projects.
The training was not only a source of new knowledge and skills, but also a platform for sharing experiences, building partnerships, and finding ideas for developing youth work in Donetsk Oblast communities.
The basic level of the program is an important stage in the development of professional competencies of youth workers who want to create more opportunities for young people in their communities.
The Youth Worker program is implemented by the All-Ukrainian Youth Center and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine (UNDP).
