Participants evaluated both systemic barriers and strong capabilities of host communities in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast regarding child rights enforcement and social integration.
NGO Leader Oleksandr Kashlakov highlighted the project's core practical deliverable: establishing a structured support and training system for social workers in host communities to effectively protect displaced children's rights during and after relocation.
