Chaired by Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Serhii Tymofieiev, a working meeting was held to review a proposal by the Donetsk Regional State Administration (ODA) regarding the establishment of a joint municipal business association.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Head of Donetsk ODA Ihor Boiko and Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports Volodymyr Mytsyk.
The proposed municipal business association aims to formalize joint operations between Donetsk and Kyiv Oblasts.
1. Kyiv Regional Clinical Hospital , founded by the Kyiv Regional Council.
2. Donetsk Regional Center of Sports Medicine, founded by the Donetsk Regional Council, with its authority currently exercised by Donetsk ODA under martial law provisions.
The Donetsk Regional Center of Sports Medicine successfully resumed its operations in Kyiv in March 2026 following its relocation from the region.
Ihor Boiko expressed gratitude for the ongoing institutional support provided to the center's medical specialists, as participants outlined proposals for the facility's further development and inter-regional cooperation.
