Inter-Community Partnerships & Bilateral Cooperation:
Highlighting existing municipal partnerships: Lyman Hromada with Klaipėda District, Lithuania, Mariupol with Vilnius, Lithuania, Acknowledgment of technical, vehicular, and humanitarian assistance provided by Lithuania, as well as joint educational and youth initiative exchanges.
