This was announced by Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Chief of the Regional Military Administration.
The project envisions the creation of an integrated educational ecosystem that will bring together all levels of education—from preschool to university. It includes the development of modern, safe educational facilities, institutions of general secondary, vocational, professional pre-higher, and higher education, student dormitories, as well as the infrastructure necessary to ensure high-quality learning, support educators, and train future professionals.
At the same time, the project is expected to help provide qualified personnel for enterprises from the Donetsk region that have relocated and continue operating in the Zakarpattia region.
