On September 19, at the initiative of the Velykonovosilkivka Military Administration, a meeting was held with veterans, family members of fallen Ukrainian defenders, and servicemen released from captivity.
The event was attended by representatives of state and local authorities. The main purpose of the meeting was to inform them about the available state and additional social guarantees.
The following issues were discussed during the event
- social guarantees provided at the state and regional levels;
- social services, payments and benefits provided by the Pension Fund of Ukraine to veterans, family members of fallen (deceased) defenders of Ukraine, and military personnel released from captivity;
- services, payments and benefits provided by the State Employment Service to veterans, family members of fallen (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine, and servicemen released from captivity.
Following the meeting, problematic issues were discussed and clarifications were provided on the mechanism for resolving such issues.
