Specialists of the Cultural and Information Center of the Kostyantynivka City Council are constantly improving their qualifications in order to work with youth even more effectively.
Recently, the deputy director of the institution joined the All-Ukrainian training for specialists working in the field of youth policy, education and counseling. The participants were representatives of educational institutions and institutions that directly interact with young people.
The main goal of the event was to develop competencies in the field of career counseling for youth in Ukraine. During the training, the participants deepened their knowledge of modern tools for supporting the professional self-determination of young people, exchanged experience and developed practical cases.
The training was organized at the initiative of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the public organization “Spivdiya” and the Rivne City Military Administration.
Professional development of specialists working with youth is a guarantee of high-quality support for young people on their path to successful development and self-realization. Donetsk region continues to actively participate in all-Ukrainian initiatives aimed at developing human potential and forming a modern youth policy.
