The YaMariupol hub continues to be a reliable partner of the Donetsk Region Employment Service in working with citizens who have been forced to leave their home region. The common strategic goal is to create real opportunities for employment, professional fulfillment, and the restoration of economic independence for every person.
On February 26, Natalia Adamova, director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, spoke with visitors and staff at the humanitarian hub in Kyiv. Today, this space is an important point of support for many families from Donetsk region. There is a special atmosphere of mutual understanding and trust here: everyone is greeted with openness, attentiveness to their needs, and a willingness to seek solutions together.
Ms. Adamova spoke about current job vacancies, modern services and tools offered by the employment service, opportunities for vocational training, obtaining vouchers, and participating in grant programs to start or develop one's own business. Such consultations are of practical value to people, as they contribute to restoring economic stability, shaping individual employment trajectories, and increasing competitiveness in the labor market.
It should be noted that over the past year, nearly 15,000 visitors to humanitarian hubs in various regions of Ukraine received advice from employment service specialists on job search, vocational training, and career development.
The hub team discussed strengthening information exchange and holding joint events to expand citizens' access to employment services. Such cooperation provides comprehensive support — from initial consultation to actual employment or starting your own business.
The Donetsk Regional Employment Center will continue to consistently develop partnerships with humanitarian hubs so that everyone who needs support has a real chance for professional rehabilitation and a stable future.
