Since the beginning of 2026, specialists of the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region have held five online meetings with temporarily unemployed residents of Donetsk region.
Participants were informed about:
🔹 the capabilities of the electronic services available on the Pension Fund of Ukraine web portal;
🔹 the importance of timely auditing and digitizing employment record books;
🔹 requirements for proper оформления of employment documents;
🔹 the procedure for submitting scanned copies of employment documents through a personal account on the Pension Fund’s e-services web portal;
🔹 payment of certain types of social benefits;
🔹 the advantages of legal employment, and more.
❇️ The participants were also informed about opportunities to increase their insurance record and the amount of future pension payments through voluntary participation in the pension insurance system.
❇️ Practical advice and recommendations were provided regarding changes to personal data in the Register of Insured Persons, as well as the submission of applications for pension assignment or recalculation, housing subsidies, and benefits.
Participants received individual consultations on matters related to insurance record recognition and eligibility requirements for retirement by age.
