The Donetsk Regional Employment Service helps people acquire the knowledge and skills that employers need and find their place in today's labor market.
During January–June 2026, 1,234 job seekers completed vocational training through referrals from the Donetsk Regional Employment Service. The strongest evidence of the program's effectiveness is that 85% of participants have already found employment in their newly acquired profession.
Of these, 695 people studied at the Vocational Education and Training Centers of the State Employment Service, where they gained in-demand professional qualifications and practical skills that help them secure employment more quickly and build successful careers.
