Specialists from the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region continue to provide advice and social services to citizens, including internally displaced persons, in various regions of the country.
During the week, meetings were held for residents:
🔺 Mariupol city territorial community — at the YAMariupol Support Center for Displaced Persons in Dnipro.
🔺 Volnovakha district — at the Side by Side Support Center for Displaced Persons in Dnipro.
🔺 Kramatorsk district — at the Myrazom Support Center for Displaced Persons in Poltava and Dnipro.
Video conference meetings were held for residents of:
🔻 Avdiivka City Territorial Community
🔹 at the social hub “Avdiivka. Free People. That's How It Was, That's How It Will Be” in Uman;
🔹 at the humanitarian hub “Unbreakable Avdiivka” in Samar;
🔹 at the humanitarian hub in Kamyanske;
🔹 at the humanitarian hub “VPOraemos” in Kremenchuk and Kyiv.
🔻 Chasovoyarsk City Military Administration — at the humanitarian hub in Poltava.
Residents were provided with explanations regarding the appointment and recalculation of pensions, the appointment of subsidies and benefits, the possibilities of digitizing documents, as well as the use of the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Particular attention was paid to issues of insurance experience, recalculation of pension payments, and obtaining subsidies for housing rental for internally displaced persons.
Visitors to the hubs were provided with practical assistance in mastering the electronic services of the PFU e-services web portal https://portal.pfu.gov.ua.
