The total demand for social benefits administered by the Main Directorate as of June 1, 2025, is UAH 5,209.7 million (649,200 recipients), including:
✅ pensions — UAH 4,898.2 million (601,000 recipients), average payment — UAH 8,107.47;
✅ housing subsidies and benefits — UAH 14.8 million (18,800 recipients), average payment — UAH 785.98;
✅ compensation for temporary accommodation (stay) of internally displaced persons (IDPs) (CMU Resolution No. 1544 of 31 December 2024) — UAH 0.6 million (400 people), average payment — UAH 1,443.06;
✅ Insurance payments — UAH 295.8 million (29,000 recipients), average payment — UAH 9,165.99.
To receive payments through a bank, you must open an account that meets the following requirements:
— The account must be opened specifically for the purpose of receiving the relevant payments.
— the account must be active;
— the account number must be specified in the international IBAN format — 29 alphanumeric characters.
