Specialists of the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region continue to provide consultations and social services to citizens, including internally displaced persons, in various regions of the country.
During the week, meetings were held for residents of:
🔸 Avdiivka city territorial community — at the Avdiivka IDP Assistance Hub in Kryvyi Rih;
🔸 Bakhmut city territorial community — at the support center “With Bakhmut in the Heart” in Kharkiv, Kyiv, Kryvyi Rih, and Lviv;
🔸 Kramatorsk city territorial community — at the social services branch “Our Kramatorsk. Together We Will Overcome Everything” in Dnipro;
🔸 Pokrovsk city territorial community — at the humanitarian hub “Yednannia” in Kropyvnytskyi;
🔸 Volnovakha district — at the IDP Support Center “Side by Side” in Dnipro;
🔸 Kramatorsk district — at the IDP Support Center “MyRazom” in Poltava.
💻 In video conference format, meetings were held for residents of:
🔹 Avdiivka city territorial community — at the social hub “Avdiivka. Free People. It Was, It Will Be” in Uman, at the humanitarian hub “Unbreakable Avdiivka” in Samara, at the humanitarian hub in Kamianske, and at the humanitarian hub “VPOraiemos” in Kremenchuk and Kyiv.
🔹 Toretsk city territorial community — at the socio-psychological hub in Khmelnytskyi, at the Residents’ Support Center in Odesa, and at the educational hub “Alice in the Land of Knowledge” in Irpin.
☑️ Residents received explanations on the appointment and recalculation of pensions, the accrual of subsidies and benefits for housing and utility services, as well as insurance and social payments.

📢 Special attention was paid to informing participants about the procedure for paying pensions and insurance benefits to people who are temporarily abroad, living in temporarily occupied territories, or who left them and now reside in government-controlled territory of Ukraine (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 11.02.2025 No. 299).
