Specialists from the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region continue to provide advice and social services to citizens, including internally displaced persons, in various regions of the country.
Over the past week, meetings were held for residents of:
🔸 Bakhmut City Territorial Community — at the support center for residents “With Bakhmut in Our Hearts” in Kyiv, Kryvyi Rih, and Lviv;
🔸 Myrnohrad City Territorial Community — at the public support space for residents “With Myrnohrad in Our Hearts” in Dnipro;
🔸 Mariupol city territorial community — at the “YaMariupol” support center for displaced persons in Vinnytsia;
🔸 Pokrovsk city territorial community — at the “Yednannia” humanitarian hub in Kropyvnytskyi and the “We Are Donetsk Region” humanitarian hub in Dnipro;
🔸 Toretsk City Territorial Community — at the cultural space in Dnipro;
🔸 Pokrovsk District — at the humanitarian hub “Prostir Dobra” in Kamianske;
Video conference meetings were held for residents of:
🔹 Toretsk City Territorial Community in Dnipro, Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, Odesa, and Irpin;
🔹 Komarsk Rural Territorial Community — in the humanitarian hub “Dobro v dolonyakh” in the village of Pokrovske, Dnipropetrovsk region.
Residents were provided with explanations regarding the appointment and recalculation of pensions, the appointment of subsidies and benefits, the possibilities of digitizing documents, as well as the use of the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Particular attention was paid to issues of insurance experience, recalculation of pension payments, and obtaining subsidies for housing rental for internally displaced persons.
Visitors to the hubs were provided with practical assistance in mastering the electronic services of the PFU e-services web portal https://portal.pfu.gov.ua.
