Specialists from the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region continue to provide advice and social services to citizens, including internally displaced persons, in various regions of the country.
During the week, meetings were held for residents of:
🔸 Bakhmut City Territorial Community — at the “With Bakhmut in Our Hearts” resident support center in Dnipro.
🔸 Dobropillia City Territorial Community — at the “Dobropillia Region — The Power of Unity” hub in Dnipro.
🔸 Mariupol city territorial community — at the “YaMariupol” support center for displaced persons in Kremenchuk, Kryvyi Rih, Cherkasy, Poltava, and Kamianske.
🔸 Ocheretynska settlement territorial community — at the humanitarian hub in Kamyanske.
🔸 Pokrovsk City Territorial Community — at the humanitarian hub “We Are Donetsk Region” in Dnipro.
🔸 Soledar Territorial Community — at the humanitarian center for internally displaced persons “Soledar: Road Home” in Dnipro.
🔸 Toretsk City Territorial Community — at the Toretsk Community Resilience Center humanitarian space in Kyiv and at the Community Support Center in Kremenchuk.
🔸 Chasiv Yar Territorial Community — at the My Chasiv Yar humanitarian center in Cherkasy.
🔸 Bakhmut district — at the Bakhmut District Unites Advisory and Coordination Center for Population Support in Kryvyi Rih and Dnipro.
🔸 Volnovakha district — at the Side by Side IDP Support Center in Kryvyi Rih.
🔸 Mariupol district — at the Center for Support of Internally Displaced Persons “Heart of the East” in Lviv.
Video conference meetings were held for residents of:
🔹 Dnipropetrovsk region, Slobozhanske village — at the Center for Support of Internally Displaced Persons.
🔹Maryinka city territorial community in Pavlohrad and Zhovti Vody.
🔹Mariupol city territorial community — at the “YaMariupol” IDP Support Center in Zaporizhzhia, Khmelnytskyi, Kalush, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Uzhhorod, Rivne, and Zhytomyr.
🔹Novogrodivka City Territorial Community in Pavlohrad.
🔹Pokrovsk City Territorial Community — at the Yednannia Humanitarian Hub in Sheptytskyi, Khust, and Chernivtsi.
Residents were provided with explanations regarding the appointment and recalculation of pensions, the appointment of subsidies and benefits, the possibilities of digitizing documents, as well as the use of the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Particular attention was paid to issues of insurance experience, recalculation of pension payments, and obtaining subsidies for housing rental for internally displaced persons.
Visitors to the hubs were provided with practical assistance in mastering the electronic services of the PFU e-services web portal https://portal.pfu.gov.ua.
