Specialists from the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region continue to provide advice and social services to citizens, including internally displaced persons, in various regions of the country.
During the week, meetings were held for residents of:
🔸Avdiivka city territorial community — at the humanitarian hub “VPOraemos” in Dnipro;
🔸Kramatorsk city territorial community — at the social services department “Our Kramatorsk. Together we will overcome everything” in Dnipro;
🔸Mariupol city territorial community — at the “YaMariupol” IDP support center in Kyiv, Kropyvnytskyi, Lviv, Kryvyi Rih, and Dnipro;
🔸Ocheretynska settlement territorial community — at the humanitarian hub in Kamianske;
🔸 Chasiv Yar territorial community — at the My Chasiv Yar Humanitarian Center in Kremenchuk, Kyiv, and Cherkasy;
🔸 Bakhmut district — at the Bakhmut District Unites Advisory and Coordination Center for Population Support in Vinnytsia;
🔸 Volnovakha district — at the Side by Side IDP Support Center in Kryvyi Rih.

🔹 Bakhmut City Territorial Community — at the “With Bakhmut in Our Hearts” Resident Support Center in Zhovti Vody, Chernihiv, and Odesa;
🔹 Velykonovosilkovskaya settlement community — in the villages of Pokrovskoye, Mezhova, and Vasylkivka in Dnipropetrovsk region;
🔹 Myrnenskaya settlement community — at the humanitarian and cultural hub “Myrne Serce Donetsk” in the city of Piatykhatky, Dnipropetrovsk region;
🔹 Svitlodarsk territorial community — at the Headquarters for the Provision of Humanitarian Aid to the Population in Poltava;
🔹 Soledar territorial community — at the Humanitarian Support Center for Internally Displaced Persons from the Soledar City Territorial Community in Kyiv;
🔹 Volnovakha district — at the Side by Side IDP Support Center in Zaporizhzhia;
🔹 Mariupol district — at the Heart of the East IDP Support Center in Dnipro and Kyiv;
Residents were provided with explanations regarding the appointment and recalculation of pensions, the appointment of subsidies and benefits, the possibilities of digitizing documents, as well as the use of the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Particular attention was paid to issues of insurance experience, recalculation of pension payments, and obtaining subsidies for housing rental for internally displaced persons.
Visitors to the hubs were provided with practical assistance in mastering the electronic services of the PFU e-services web portal https://portal.pfu.gov.ua.
