Specialists from the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region continue to provide consultations and social services to citizens, including internally displaced persons (IDPs), in various regions of the country.
Over the past week, meetings were held for residents of:
🔶 Mariupol City Territorial Community — at the "I am Mariupol" IDP Support Centers in Lviv and Poltava;
🔶 Bakhmut City Territorial Community — at the “With Bakhmut in the Heart” support hub in Dnipro;
🔶 Toretsk Territorial Community — at the Humanitarian Center “With Toretsk in the Heart” in Cherkasy.
💻 Online video conference meetings were held for residents of ⬇
🔷 Maryinka City Territorial Community — in Pavlohrad and Zhovti Vody;
🔷 Mariupol City Territorial Community — at the "I am Mariupol" IDP Support Centers in Zaporizhzhia, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kalush, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Uzhhorod, Rivne, and Zhytomyr;
🔷 Pokrovsk City Territorial Community — at the "Yednannia" (Unity) humanitarian hub in Sheptytskyi, Khust, and Chernivtsi.
☑ Residents received explanations regarding pension appointments and recalculations, the accrual of subsidies and benefits for housing and utility services, insurance and social payments, as well as guidance on using the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s electronic services portal. Special attention was given to issues of insurance record, housing rental subsidies for IDPs, and digitization of employment documents.
