I see how you maintain communication with communities, organize evacuations, assist residents, work with documentation, humanitarian headquarters, military personnel, healthcare workers, educators, utility services, and international partners.
Civil service in Donetsk Region during wartime requires much more than professionalism. It demands resilience, humanity, the ability to make quick decisions, and the willingness to take responsibility in situations where nothing comes easy.
