Dear Ukrainians!
Once again, we are welcoming the New Year not to the sound of fireworks, but to the sound of air-raid sirens. Not with lightness in our hearts, but with responsibility—for ourselves, our loved ones, and our country. And yet, we are welcoming it. Standing. On our own land. As Ukrainians.
At the heart of the coming year, there will once again be struggle. Once again—the strength not to break when it is hard. Once again—the ability to hold on to one another when the enemy bets on our exhaustion. Once again—faith that cannot be taken away by shelling, cold, or dark news.
I wish that in the new year we more often hear the words “returned,” “saved,” “rebuilt,” “stood firm.” That more families are reunited with their loved ones. That every day brings us one more step toward a Ukraine where we do not have to get used to war.
May 2026 become the year when we do what is decisive. When the enemy understands: we cannot be broken, intimidated, or erased. When peace comes—but only after a Ukrainian Victory.
Happy New Year, Ukraine!
Let us hold on. Let us fight. Let us win.
