Employment service specialists will help you find job openings that match your professional experience, skills, and individual needs.
You can search for job openings on your own through the Unified Job Portal, the Job Seeker’s Online Account, or the State Employment Service’s mobile app. If needed, employment service specialists can guide you through the process of finding a job.
Training and professional skill development:
Do you want to learn a new profession or enhance your existing skills? The Employment Service offers free vocational training, retraining, and professional development.
You can also use a training voucher for professions and specialties specified by law.
Starting Your Own Business:
Do you have a business idea? You can turn it into your own business with government support.
Through a grant program, you can receive funding to start or expand a business. Depending on the conditions, the grant amount can reach 2.5 million UAH.
Support in Case of Unemployment:
If a person loses their job, they can obtain unemployed status and use the services of the Employment Service, including receiving unemployment benefits in accordance with the law.
You can apply for this status either in person or remotely.
Support for Employers:
Hiring people with disabilities also provides employers with an opportunity to receive government support.
Compensation programs are available, including for adapting a workplace for an employee with a disability and for hiring certain categories of citizens.
