Vladyslava Kazakova is a young, determined woman from Toretsk who, despite life’s challenges, managed to find her place in a new city. The war forced her to leave her home and move to Dnipro, where she had to start life from scratch.
By education, Vladyslava is a lawyer and previously worked as an inspector in a government institution. Moving to a new city brought new challenges — how to rebuild her career and find stable employment in an unfamiliar environment?
Specialists from the Dobropillia–Myrnohrad Department of the Pokrovsk Branch of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center stepped in to help. They provided Vladyslava with consultations, helped her identify her strengths, update her resume, complete a career guidance test, and select vacancies that matched her skills.
After several interviews, Vladyslava successfully got a job as a call center operator at PrJSC “VF Ukraine” (Vodafone).
“I’m grateful to the Employment Service for their support, advice, and motivation. Starting a new life wasn’t easy, but now I understand that change means opportunity. The main thing is not to be afraid and to keep moving forward,” — shares Vladyslava.
