Igor Gayevy, Director of the Department of Education and Science of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, paid a working visit to educational centers for relocated communities from Donetsk region in the city of Dnipro.

He visited the educational and cultural center of the Kurakhiv community, where a themed event called "Journey to the Land of Sweet Dreams" was held for preschoolers to mark World Sleep Day. During the class, children learned about the importance of healthy sleep in an accessible and playful way, participated in active and educational games, performed relaxation exercises, and engaged in creative activities.

Together with Roman Padun, head of the Kurakhiv City Military Administration, and Tetiana Filipenko, head of the Kurakhiv City Council's Education Department, they discussed issues related to the preservation and development of the community's educational network, as well as opportunities to expand children's participation in face-to-face events and consultations.

During his visit, Ihor Haievyi also familiarized himself with the work of the Educational Complex No. 1 of the Pokrovsk City Council of Donetsk Oblast, which was relocated to Dnipro.

The delegation inspected classrooms, shelters, sports halls, and assembly halls. The educational process here is organized in a face-to-face format: transportation, hot meals, and security are provided for students. Modern material and technical equipment and a professional teaching staff allow children to receive high-quality educational services. Special attention was paid to the work of the resource room, where students have the opportunity to receive psychological support and emotional relief.

Lyubov Vorotintseva, head of the education department of the Pokrovsk City Council, reported on current issues in the functioning of the community's education sector and outlined its development prospects for the 2027–2028 academic year.

Despite the challenges of war, thanks to the coordinated cooperation of the education community and regional authorities, education in Donetsk Oblast continues to function, support children, and develop.
