In May 2025, Ukraine launched an educational and information platform designed specifically for residents of the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
Its main goal is to provide comprehensive information about opportunities to receive Ukrainian education regardless of their place of residence. The platform will also be useful for residents of other temporarily occupied territories who want to keep in touch with the Ukrainian educational system.
The platform has collected up-to-date information for children, parents, teachers and educators on
- studying in the Ukrainian education system;
- educational programs and courses;
- opportunities for professional development.
All sections of the platform are dynamic and will be updated in accordance with changes in legislation, educational policy, and recommendations of authorized bodies. In addition, new materials, instructions, resources and relevant educational opportunities will be added regularly. It is recommended that you follow the updates to have access to the most up-to-date information.
The structure of the platform consists of seven key sections:
1. Access to general secondary education.
2. Access to professional (vocational) education.
3. Access to higher education in Ukraine.
4. Curricula and courses for pupils, students, parents, civil servants, etc.
5. Resources for learning languages, preparation for EIT/STA/STA in Ukrainian language and history of Ukraine.
6. Information on the recognition of educational results obtained in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
7. Training programs for the personnel reserve and professional development.
