The Sartana community, together with its partners, organized an online quest titled "Ethno-Drive: Side by Side"

To mark Ukraine’s Heroes’ Day and as part of the celebrations for Vyshyvanka Day, the Sartana community organized a large-scale youth event—the online quest “Ethno-Drive: Side by Side.”

The event was organized by the Department of Education in collaboration with the Department of Family, Youth, and Sports of the Office of Humanitarian Affairs of the Sartana Settlement Military Administration.

The event brought together active young people aged 14 to 35 from three partner communities collaborating within the nationwide project “Side by Side: United Communities”: Sartana, Rivne, and Chyhyryn.

This event became a modern hub where national-patriotic education was organically combined with media literacy, digital skills, and teamwork. The epicenter of the competition was a specially created Telegram chat—a space that erased geographical boundaries and united young people in a single information field.

The quest program consisted of six stages, ranging from traditions to trends, and required maximum concentration and proficiency in using graphic and video editors.

The gold medalists of the quest were the “Zabuzhanka” team (Rivne community).  The silver medalists were two teams: “The Unbreakable Sartana Community” and “Free Threads” (Chyhyryn community).

The marathon ended on a high emotional note. The most important achievement was the strengthening of partnerships. The youth of Sartana, Rivne, and Chyhyryn proved that despite the hundreds of kilometers between us, we are united in our values, aspirations, and love for our homeland.
