As part of the national project "Side by Side: United Communities," the Selidovo community in Donetsk Oblast signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Boryslav community in Lviv Oblast.
The document was signed by Anatoliy Nemchenko, head of the Selidovo City Military Administration, and Ihor Yavorskyi, chairman of the Boryslav City Council.
The cooperation is aimed at supporting the outpost community, resolving the issue of constructing a multi-story building for displaced persons from the Selidivska community, improving the health of children and families of deceased defenders of Ukraine, ensuring the basic needs of internally displaced persons, and strengthening social cohesion.
The main areas of cooperation are:
✅ implementation of infrastructure and social initiatives;
✅ attraction of financial, technical, and advisory resources;
✅ modernization of premises for a modern social housing fund;
✅ organization of cultural events, social activities, and trips for children of the outpost community;
✅ exchange of experience, seminars, working meetings, and other forms of partnership cooperation.
The parties confirmed their readiness to act on the principles of legality, voluntariness, equality, and openness, directing their joint efforts toward the development and support of the outpost community.
