This was announced by Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Oblast State Administration and chief of the regional military administration.

The decision was adopted during a regular meeting of the Regional Defense Council.

In addition, an extension of the “extended” curfew zone was approved: starting November 1, throughout all unoccupied territory of Donetsk Oblast—except for the Oleksandrivka and Cherkasy communities—the curfew will be in effect from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The council heard a briefing on the situation along the front lines, the progress of mobilization, and the current needs of the military. Separately, they discussed coordination between military units and district and local military administrations.

“The needs of our defenders must be met as quickly as possible. That is why we continue to direct resources to where they directly help carry out combat missions and strengthen the region’s defenses.

Supporting the military remains one of our top priorities. We are working to ensure that the necessary assistance reaches the units without unnecessary delays.

“I thank each and every one of you who is defending Ukraine in the Donetsk region,” emphasized Vadym Filashkin.
