This was announced by Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and chief of the regional military administration.
The decision was adopted at a meeting of the Regional Defense Council.
They discussed the current situation on the front lines, the progress of mobilization, and the urgent needs of our defenders. Particular attention was paid to coordination between military units, district military administrations, and local military administrations.
“We must clearly understand the needs of each unit and promptly provide the military with everything they need. This is precisely what we are directing funds from the regional budget toward.
Supporting our defenders remains an unconditional priority. We continue to work together with the military command to ensure that aid arrives on time and meets the actual needs of the front lines.
