To ensure your payments are calculated correctly, you must notify the Pension Fund within 10 days of any changes to:
your passport or last name;
your contact information;
your bank account details;
your place of employment or the start/end of your business activities.
There are several convenient ways to do this:
through the online portal at https://portal.pfu.gov.ua;
in person at any Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) service center;
by mail, sending the necessary documents via certified mail;
through your employer (if the changes relate to your employment).
If you do not report changes on time, you may receive overpayments that you will have to repay.
