A regular meeting of the commission was held to determine the enterprises, institutions, and organizations that are critical to the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during this special period. During the meeting, the status of enterprises registered in the Donetsk region was confirmed.

The meeting was chaired by Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.

Four enterprises providing services for technical inventory, certification, assessment, and accounting of real estate, a healthcare facility, and an agricultural enterprise applied to the commission members to confirm their status as critically important.

In accordance with paragraph 61 of the Criteria and Procedure, it was decided that there was no need to verify the compliance of enterprises with the criteria set out in paragraph 2 of the Criteria and Procedure.

Commission Secretary Semen Paniotov reported that complete sets of documents were submitted to confirm compliance with the criteria for recognizing enterprises as critically important, which were reviewed by the commission members.

Based on the results of the review, these enterprises were recognized as critical to the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period in the Donetsk region.

The commission members also heard comments on the work of the enterprises and, based on the results of the vote, supported the decision to recognize them as critical.
