A regular meeting of the commission was held to determine the enterprises, institutions, and organizations that are critical to the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during this special period. During the meeting, the status of an enterprise registered in the Donetsk region was confirmed.
The meeting was chaired by Igor Boiko, deputy head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
One agricultural enterprise applied to the commission members to confirm its status as critically important.
In accordance with paragraph 61 of the Criteria and Procedure, a decision was made that there was no need to verify the enterprise's compliance with the criteria set out in paragraph 2 of the Criteria and Procedure.
Commission Secretary Semen Paniotov reported that a complete set of documents had been submitted to confirm compliance with the criteria for recognizing the enterprise as critically important, which was reviewed by the commission members.
Based on the results of the review, the enterprise was recognized as critical to the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period in the Donetsk region.
The commission members also heard comments on the enterprise's operations and, based on the results of the vote, supported the decision to recognize it as critical.
