Another enterprise in Donetsk region recognized as critically important A regular meeting of the commission for determining enterprises, institutions, and organizations that are critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period was held, where the status of enterprises registered in Donetsk region was confirmed.
The meeting was chaired by Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
One enterprise applied to the commission members to confirm its status as critical infrastructure. This is an agricultural enterprise.
In accordance with paragraph 61 of the Criteria and Procedure, a decision was made that there was no need to verify the enterprise's compliance with the criteria specified in paragraph 2 of the Criteria and Procedure.
Commission Secretary Semen Paniotov reported that in order to confirm compliance with the criteria for recognition as critical, the enterprise provided a package of documents, which were reviewed by the commission members. This enterprise was recognized as critical for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period in the Donetsk region.
The commission members also heard comments on the work of two other enterprises and ultimately voted to recognize them as critically important.
