Cooperation in the energy sector and the provision of housing for internally displaced persons were among the topics discussed with Alle Dorhout, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Ukraine.
The head of Donetsk Oblast told the Ambassador about the numerous and regular Russian attacks on energy infrastructure facilities in Donetsk Oblast and what kind of assistance we need in this regard.
In particular, they discussed the search for alternative power sources for infrastructure facilities and ensuring the operation of resilience centers.
Vadym Filashkin also reported that communities in Donetsk region are engaged in the construction, reconstruction, and improvement of housing throughout Ukraine, from Dnipropetrovsk to Zakarpattia regions. The full implementation of these projects requires joint financing from the budget and international financial organizations.
