A regular meeting of the commission for determining enterprises, institutions, and organizations that are critical to the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period was held, at which the status of enterprises registered in the Donetsk region was confirmed.
The meeting was chaired by Igor Boiko, deputy head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
Three enterprises applied to the commission members to confirm their critical infrastructure status. These are transport enterprises and an industrial enterprise.
In accordance with paragraph 61 of the Criteria and Procedure, a decision was made that there was no need to verify the enterprise's compliance with the criteria specified in paragraph 2 of the Criteria and Procedure.
Commission Secretary Semen Paniotov reported that in order to confirm compliance with the criteria for recognition as critical, the enterprise had provided a package of documents, which were reviewed by the commission members. This enterprise was recognized as critical to the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period in the Donetsk region.
The commission members also heard comments on the work of three other enterprises and ultimately voted to recognize them as critically important.
