A regular meeting of the commission for determining enterprises, institutions, and organizations that are critical to the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period was held, at which the status of enterprises registered in the Donetsk region was confirmed.
The meeting was chaired by the deputy head of the Donetsk region, Igor Boiko.
Three enterprises applied to the commission members to confirm their critical infrastructure status. These enterprises operate in the trade sector.
Taking this into account, in accordance with paragraph 61 of the Criteria and Procedure, a decision was made that there was no need to verify the enterprises' compliance with the criteria specified in paragraph 2 of the Criteria and Procedure.
Commission Secretary Semen Paniotov reported that in order to confirm compliance with the criteria for recognizing the enterprises as critical, they had submitted packages of documents, which were reviewed by the commission members. These enterprises were recognized as critical to the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period in the Donetsk region.
