Over the past day, DTEK Donetsk Power Grid specialists managed to restore power to 11 settlements affected by shelling in the Donetsk region. This made it possible to restore power to 8,000 homes. Power engineers begin repairs as soon as the shelling subsides and the military gives permission to carry out the work.

In particular, yesterday, specialists from DTEK Donetsk Power Grid were able to fully or partially restore power to 11 settlements in the frontline region. As a result, 8,036 homes now have access to electricity again.
The situation in Donetsk region remains very difficult due to constant enemy attacks and shelling. According to the head of the region, Vadym Filashkin, the Russians shelled settlements in the region 50 times in 24 hours. Energy workers have been working continuously for 1,192 days and will definitely restore power to all residents of the region as soon as they receive permission to carry out work from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
