Today, the Russians attacked the city three times. Employees of a heating utility who were checking the network’s readiness for the heating season were among the victims of one of the strikes—three of them were killed.
They were doing their jobs to ensure that the homes of Kramatorsk residents would be warm this winter. Russia killed people who had remained in the city and were working for others.
Another person was killed by an FPV drone strike.
At least 15 apartment buildings, 2 educational institutions, administrative and utility buildings, and 2 cars were damaged.
The Russians continue to deliberately target civilians and those who keep the city functioning. This is the behavior of terrorists.
