"Do as I do" was the motivating slogan under which schoolchildren from Kostiantynivka and Uzhhorod communities united in an online sports challenge as part of the all-Ukrainian project "Side by Side: Cohesive Communities."
The event promotes healthy lifestyles and physical education. Students of all educational institutions of the Kostiantynivska urban community and schoolchildren of Uzhhorod joined the sports initiative.
Every day, the children demonstrated a set of physical exercises, encouraging their peers to repeat the movements and pass the baton on. The goal of the challenge was not only to encourage schoolchildren to engage in daily physical activity, but also to create a common space of friendship, support and unity between schoolchildren from different parts of Ukraine.
Such initiatives prove that sports and a healthy lifestyle are fashionable, interesting and useful. They also prove that even at a distance, you can stay close and support each other in the best traditions of the "Side by Side: Cohesive Communities" project.
