On December 18, 2025, the Center for Unity and National Resistance platform, together with the regional administration's department for family, youth, and mass events of national-patriotic education, held another online dialogue on historical topics as part of a free preparatory course for the National Multidisciplinary Test (NMT) on the history of Ukraine.

At a time when historical memory is becoming a powerful tool of national resistance, such events help young people gain a deeper understanding of the roots of Ukrainian national identity, which date back to the turbulent 16th century — an era when Ukrainian lands were rife with conflict, the search for freedom, and the struggle for faith.

The speaker emphasized how the events of the 16th century — the struggle for freedom, the defense of Orthodoxy, and the resistance to social oppression — shaped Ukrainian identity. In the context of today, this helped young people understand the importance of national resistance and unity.

Participants in the event noted that the online dialogue was a real adventure into history. Such online dialogues from the Center for Unity and National Resistance are becoming a tool for patriotic education, helping schoolchildren feel a connection to the past and inspiration for the future, and prepare for the National Multidisciplinary Test (NMT).
